IMPROVISATION. VOICE & RYTHM
Groupe
Time: 2 h
Singing is for everyone, we all know how to sing.
It is one of the purest expressions, developed from an early age, with scientifically proven beneficial effects on physical, mental and emotional health.
We begin to have rhythm in the sixth week of life, when our heart begins to work.
Rhythm is what keeps us alive.
In addition to understanding our own rhythm, agreeing on the rhythm is essential for a team to function.
Through vocal technique exercises and group exercises, we will create a friendly atmosphere with the aim of strengthening the bonds between the participants, helping to reduce stress, improve mood and general well-being and work our rhythm , which will result in better performance at work, individually and in groups.
Combining improvisation in the eyes of coaching and NLP, and in a relaxed and playful way of working on group dynamics, it is possible to observe the temperament and personality of the participants, as well as the role they occupy in the group.
We will work to develop greater listening, empathy, and team building.
What?
Vocal improvisations based on the “CircleSongs” technique; a form of group improvisation, based on ancient singing circles, developed by famous singer and songwriter Bobby McFerrin.
Without language restriction and without the need for a particular language, we will work on the rhythm, vocal modules in repetition (loops), creating at the end, the whole group together, original songs.
