One of the "super anti stress tools" that I use to cleanse what I call my "inner HD", my mind, is to take a walk outdoors, close to nature and take pictures, exercising the state of presence.

Focusing on the present, here and now, is an opportunity to let go of the anguish of the past and the anxiety of the future.

To do a quick cleaning of our mind, a "restart", which will help us balance ourselves and retake our breath to continue our day.

Being present is not something natural for us.

But we can exercise it.

Taking photographs is a creative activity that is based on observing and paying attention to what is happening in the present, here and now.

It's about capturing moments that tell their own story and generate new emotions.

Emotions (from Latin: emovere, in motion) are generated by movement, uniting thought, feeling and action.

Therefore, walking is a great tool to manage them, reducing stress, especially if it is done close to nature.

The positive effect of nature on our mood, our physical and mental health, including our immune system, is already widely known and proven.

In conclusion, walking close to nature, breathing outdoors, and taking pictures is a great exercise to regulate stress, anxiety, and maintain balance and health.

A great and simple tool to manage our emotions, exercise observation, discover new things, relax, rejoice, meet again.

A way of making a "parenthesis" that will allow us to continue our day with more strength, focus, balance, good humor and energy.
